                              Get involved

                              Being a young adult should be fun! When school, home and family responsibilities are completed, there is time just for you. Too much free time can sometimes be dangerous and trouble can often follow. Fortunatly our community has several opportunities for you to make friends, get involved and have FUN!   One way to get involved is by offering your time, skills, and talents as a volunteer. Helping out and lending a hand is always appreciatd from those in need. CROSS can help you connect with local businesses, schools, agencies, and other youth programs to assist with volunteering and social activities. Being a part of your community through volunteering can help build confidence, provide support, and meet someone new. Volunteer experience can even be used on a resume or continuing education application. Whatever your interests there is something for everyone so don't wait. Get involved!

                              Just For Utah Youth
                              A web site that help teens make positive choices and have healthy attitudes on the road to adulthood and beyond.

                              YMCA
                              The YMCA offers a variety of community programs including recreational, after-school and volunteer opportunities for youth.

                              Advocates for Youth
                              Advocates for Youth champions efforts to help young people make informed and responsible decisions about their reproductive and sexual health.

                              Job Corps.
                              Job Corps is a free education and training program that helps young people learn a career, earn a high school diploma or GED, and find and keep a good job.

                              Youth Impact
                              Youth Impact's goal is to find a "niche" for each and every young person who enters the program. They encourage youth to actively participate in the many resources, games and activities  provided to youth.

                              Department of Workforce Services/WIA Program
                              The Workforce Investment Act (WIA) is a federally funded program that provides supportive and training services to eligible students age 14-21.

                              Boy and Girls Club of Weber Davis
                              The Boys and Girls Club of Weber -Davis provides activities for youth in education and career, character and leadership, health and life skills, art and sports, fitness and recreation.
