A steering committee of community organizations oversees the CROSS program to provide guidance, direction, and approval for all program fiscal decisions and program activities. The steering committee provides assistance to coordinators in meeting the identified needs of participants. The committee meets monthly where members are involved in making changes, providing new resource information, and ensuring that current strategies are relevant and effective.
